Cancellation policy
The cancellation period is calculated based on the scheduled check-in date and time.
- Free cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be provided.
